Around here, we love Wes Anderson. His world is so colorful and light hearted yet profound at the same time. I have only been to the theater three times in the last year due to pregnancy and having a new baby but one of those times was definitely to see Grand Budapest Hotel. It was absolutely delightful. So I was thrilled to see that this film was nominated for nine academy awards this year including Best Picture and Best Director! I thought I’d pay tribute by making a silhouette tee for each member of my family.
This is a really simple tutorial, all you need is iron on transfer paper (here is the kind I use) and my silhouette images!
Right click and save whatever image you’d like, and remember it will transfer backwards from how you see it on your screen so flip it if you want it to look the same (I already did the quote one for you). Follow the directions on your paper and resist the urge to make every blank tee in your closet Wes Anderson Official. Or don’t.
