This never-ending cold weather has been really bumming me out lately. So I decided to start working on spring crafts early! And you know what, having fresh flowers and working on spring projects seriously lifts my mood. Until I leave the house.
Tulips are one of my all-time favorite flowers, they are just so happy and fun. And they are one of the first flowers to bloom in Spring so I felt like starting off with them was fitting. And once Spring actually arrives, you better believe I will be celebrating and busting out these little stirrers!
- Materials
- Balsa Wood //
- X-acto Knife //
- Glue //
- Washi Tape //
- Mini wood skewers
1. Take your washi tape and wrap it around two times at the top of the wood skewers.
2. Trace a tulip on the balsa wood and use an x-acto knife to cut out.
3. Use glue (I used hot glue) to attach the wood tulip to the top of the skewer.
Pour some yummy drinks (I only had water on hand) and place your drink stirrer inside your glass!
