Painted Wood Letters

Are you wondering if I just sit around thinking of new ways to do letters? Well, that may be the case sometimes, I won’t lie. But these actually just came to me when I was using balsa wood for another craft and they are the easiest, I love them! This time instead of a quote or short saying, I decided to do out name so that I can have them hanging up in my craft room. These would also be super fun as you and your family’s names or even as a special date in your life.

    Materials

1. Cut your balsa wood in the height and length you want your letters to be. I like the width as is so I just cut them lengthwise and decided on 5″ high.wood letters step1

2. Once you have the right amount of rectangles cut out, paint the letters on. Once that is done, wait for them to dry and then hang them up!wood letters step2
