I love many, many things. I would say it’s generally not hard to please me with a gift at all but if you handed me a cold pineapple flavored drink with a paper straw that had a mini balloon attached, the happiness section of my brain might just explode.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, blown up water balloons are one of the most delightful things that have ever entered my life. I want them on everything, birthday or not, and this is a really simple way to incorporate them.

- Water balloons //
- Balloon pump //
- Paper straws //
- Something cold and delicious to the finished straws in! //
Using your pump, inflate your balloons just a little then tie them closed. Then just pull the end around your straw and tuck it under itself! Paper straws are a lot thicker than plastic ones so I really would recommend using those.
No glue, tape or super amazing skills required! Seriously! And can you just imagine how great a whole handful of these would be sitting together in a cup waiting to be taken or a nice line-up of sodas already sporting them? Swoon.
